- Applicants must have served a full trade apprenticeship.
- Applicants must be able to prove that you have the equivalent of five years work experience in choosen trade.
- Applicants must have excellent references from recent previous employers.
- We DO NOT employ “crash course” applicants due to the lack of practical on the job experience.
